Please double-check to make sure you are entering the correct password exactly as it appears (case sensitive) in your welcome email, or the one you have chosen for yourself. You can also try resetting your password directly from the home page of the membership site.
Can’t find the “door” to your program?
If you’re logged in, but don’t see anything after that, please try logging out and logging back in. It might also help to clear your cache (Ctrl F5) or close and reopen your browser (computers can be so picky!).
Call recording playback issues?
Logged in, enjoying one of our recordings (wahoo!), but, then – all of a sudden – the recording seems to have gotten the hiccups? Please try downloading the recording to your hard drive and listening to it directly from your computer. To download the file, right click on the player and select "save as".
